Les Rencontres Internationales

Les Rencontres Internationales (International Meetings) is a festival of contemporary art and creation around the image: cinema, video and multimedia. These meetings have been held since 1997 in the cities of Paris and Berlin. This year a third city is incorporated: Madrid.

Les Rencontres is an international cultural event that brings together works by renowned and emerging artists. In total, about 150 artists will be represented, mostly residing in the three cities of the program.

Les Rencontres is a space for artistic and intellectual exchanges between the three cities that, through careful and demanding programming, open up to contemporary creation with the intention of bringing these creative activities closer to the public.
