With Open, Museum Arnhem is giving an impulse to the educational tradition that was initiated by Pierre Janssen. He was the museum's director from 1969-1982. The experience-oriented presentation offers visitors a profound viewing experience and invites them to experience works in different ways and to actively share these. This exhibition shows favourites of the public, such as self-portraits by Dick Ket. The aim of this presentation is to show visitors different ways of looking at the artworks.
